About Maium
Maium is an Amsterdam-based outerwear brand designing fashion that moves with you. Our signature pieces transform from stylish raincoats into functional cycling ponchos — keeping you dry, on and off the bike. Built from recycled plastic bottles, our collections are where design meets sustainability.
As our brand continues to grow across Europe and beyond, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications intern to help tell our story and connect with our community — especially on social platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
What you'll do
You’ll be part of a small, creative team where ideas can become reality quickly. You’ll work directly with the founder, get hands-on experience across many areas, and have space to develop and pitch your own content.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and implement the content and social media strategy
- Create and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, newsletters and ads
- Write sharp, engaging copy for social posts and newsletters
- Manage and grow our online community
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and trends
- Research new platforms and creative opportunities
- Assist with influencer seeding and gifting
- Help out at photo shoots, events, and content productions
- Conduct trend research or carry out a self-chosen project
- Support broader marketing and communication tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- HBO-level thinking and writing
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Affinity with social media and digital culture
- Proactive and self-organizing, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and in a small team
- Knowledge of Mailerlite or Canva is a plus
This internship is 32 hours per week. We work hybrid: about half the time in our studio in Amsterdam Noord, the rest remotely.
