About Maium
Maium is an Amsterdam-based outdoor brand that designs fashion that moves with you. Our signature raincoats can be transformed into functional cycling ponchos - keeping you dry, on and off the bike. Made from recycled plastic bottles, design and sustainability come together in our collections.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications intern to help tell our story and strengthen the connection with our community - especially through social media such as TikTok and Instagram.
What you will do
You will become part of a small, creative team where ideas can quickly become reality. You'll work directly with the founder, gain hands-on experience in different areas, and have the space to conceive and pitch your own content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and execute content and social media strategy
- Creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, newsletters and ads
- Writing sharp, catchy copy for social posts and newsletters
- Manage and grow our online community
- Monitor and analyze performance and trends on social media
- Researching new platforms and creative opportunities
- Support influencer gifting and collaborations
- Assist with photo shoots, events and content productions
- Doing trend research or conducting your own project
- Provide broad support for marketing and communication tasks
What we are looking for
- HBO level of thinking and writing
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Affinity for social media and digital culture
- Proactive, independent and accurate
- Knowledge of Mailerlite or Canva is a plus
Internship Information
This internship is for 32 hours per week. We work hybrid: about half the time at our office in Amsterdam Noord, the rest from home.
