2. Payment & Shipping
Payment methods
At MAIUM, you can pay with iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, bank transfer, and Belfus Direct.
Shipping & Delivery
MAIUM ships to multiple countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, this will be indicated during checkout.
For special international shipping requests, please contact us at info@maium.nl. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands, €8.95 within the EU, and €19.95 for other countries. Any customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are usually shipped the following Monday.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with the size or color? No problem. You can return your MAIUM within 30 days via Returnless. Click on this link to fill out the return form and request a return label. Don’t forget to include your email address and order number. Your order number starts with #.
Returned items must be unused and undamaged, with the tags still attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
Return Instructions
When returning items, be sure to use sturdy tape along the edges of the return label. This will prevent the label from coming loose during shipping.
We also strongly recommend that you fold the items and return them in the same packaging in which you received your MAIUM. Be sure to include the return form.
Can I return my online order in a store?
No, online orders cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail. Products purchased from retail partners cannot be returned to us and must be returned to the original store of purchase.
Is it possible to return multiple items at once?
Yes, please create a return label using this link. When creating the return label, please include the order numbers of the returned items in the notes section.
How do I exchange a product?
You can request an exchange by

4. Stock & Sizes
Because sustainability is important to MAIUM, our stock is limited. We don’t produce more than we need to. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock.
What size should I order?
Most MAIUM products have a slightly looser fit, as they are designed as unisex items. Always check the product page for measurements and fit.
5. Warranty & Repairs
MAIUM offers a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and manufacturing. Our products are designed with care and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and durability. If you believe your item has an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us at support@maium.nl.
If a replacement is not possible because the product is out of stock, you will receive a gift card for the original purchase amount.
A broken zipper, a missing button, or a small tear?
Even if your item is no longer covered by the warranty, you can still extend its lifespan. We offer repair items such as zippers, buttons, and repair tape so you can keep using your raincoat for longer.

6. Product Care & Technology
To help your MAIUM last longer, here are a few tips:
- Hang your raincoat to dry, preferably on a hanger.
- Always store it this way to keep it in good shape.
- Don't leave it folded up while wet or crumpled.
- Do not iron or put in the dryer.
For the correct washing instructions, please refer to the "Specifications & Size Chart" section on the product page for your specific model.
MAIUM products are designed with technical performance in mind. All front zippers are water-repellent and can be opened from either side. If a zipper gets stuck, we recommend using a drop of silicone gel or spray.
Waterproofing and breathability specifications vary by model. Most products feature taped seams and are fully waterproof with a water column rating of 10,000 mm. Breathability also depends on the product: PU-coated jackets are inherently non-breathable and are therefore designed with ventilation openings under the arms.
